Vicky is the former President and CEO of DAE, a full-service advertising firm that built brand equity and success in the Asian American market. Vicky retired from the position after 22 years with the agency. With close to 30 years of experience in ad agency management and consumer marketing, Vicky is a recognized expert in providing strategic advice to businesses and organizations whose objectives include the Asian American market. 

Vicky started her career at Ogilvy & Mather Hong Kong and gained international brand experience by working with blue-chip companies including American Express and Philips. Her corporate experience included running consumer marketing at a regional satellite broadcast company in Southeast Asia. 

Vicky also cares deeply about issues impacting the Asian American community, volunteering for many non-profits for fundraising and direct services. She is currently a board director of Self Help for the Elderly and The 1990 Institute.  She also served on the PAAWBAC board for over a decade and has been a volunteer marketing advisor for Asia Society, Asian Pacific Fund and Angel Island Immigration Station Foundation. Under her stewardship, DAE played a pivotal role in promoting public awareness of important causes, including hepatitis B, cancer, diabetes, the annual celebration of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month and The 1882 Project.
